Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@thejolstore.com with photos of the issue, and we will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
